for driving while
intoxicated okay cuz you got in a car
accident over at Donovan's parking
up I understand you sorry you you were
drinking and
driving and hit another car and before
this is the for the part because this is

camera mhm this is so black now yeah I'm
so not Dr but I'm not Dr am you sure but
you you can't I'm just want want beer so
this is I'm so pain now because I happy
for me because I no no speak speak
English no this is the you this is the
stuff for me I'm so Pani because never
never never this is happen for me I'm
just one beer in
the me for the heat for the car because
my car this is so bad I for go in the B
of the car in the Monday because today
I'm for the work I Happ for this is the
message myself
me or today this is my cat this is the
great this is
the you want me to bring them in for
translator it's same guy I don't know if
it's same guy or not I mean we're beyond
that point too
hi guys how you
doing she's going to be inside she's
going to be processed a little bit do do
you speak uh English at all I guess
you do you want to come in and kind of
translate for us yes all right come
on thank you she's in the first room
over
there great this
have a seat you can translate for
[Music]
us
said um does she like understand like
what's
happening yeah she does understand she
was she was driving while intoxicated
and hit a parked vehicle and the parking
lot so she was arrested for it because
we tested
her and she didn't perform well on the
test
what okay she didn't agree with the test
she said she was nervous and cold
outside she would likees to redo the
test so yeah we're P that can't redo the
test and there was one test
for
no so what happens she's being charged
with so what it means is that she was
arrested because she was arrested for
driving while
intoxicated um so she's getting tickets
for driving while
intoxicated Reckless and refusal because
she didn't want to perform our
breathalyzer test to indicate if she's
um above the legal limit or if she's
below the legal limit so she's can go to
court and then she could settle with the
court from there and how can she get out
of here um she needs are you a so are
you sober yes so you could do you have
your driver's license okay we we'll
release her to you but we we still got
to finish processing we got to take a
picture and stuff like that
[Music]
so release form
all cameras and cell phones will be
removed from the processing area for the
ALCO
test yeah a ticket so I just need you to
read this and
then um just print your name your
address where you're from and then she's
going to L on this line it's just saying
that um it's a liability form so we're
holding her vehicle for 12 hours since
she's intoxicated which means that she
just needs to so up in a 12-hour period
she'll come back to our headquarters
after the 12h hour period she'll be able
to bring uh pick up her car we give her
paper she'll go and pick it up so she
just needs to bring her driver's license
um they'll release it to her after the
12 hours and then this is just saying
that you are responsible for her if she
gets behind a vehicle again intoxicated
within this 12 hours you will take the
full responsibility for getting um
behind the
wheel um so she has her purse and your
wallet I'm going to give you your
driver's license back these are just
three summonses just for because she was
driving well intoxicated so one of those
just a ticket for driving while
intoxicated one is for her refusing to
give breath samples to determine how
intoxicated she was and then when you
drive while intoxicated you also get a
ticket for driving recklessly so I just
gave her those three tickets each of
them is Court mandatory um which means
that she will have to go to court on
June 5th of 2024 at 400 p.m. all the
court information is going to be on the
back of this ticket that's the phone
number our courthouse is ocean Port
which is at Fort Mammoth um so you can
just give them a call if you can't make
it by then they'll change the court date
for her um but if you have any questions
regarding the ticket just contact them
and they'll help you with that process
okay all right do you guys have any
questions no no okay all right so thank
you so much she comes tomorrow one of my
officers will come and give her a
release form so that she can go to the
towing yard to pick up the vehicle
okay and
then thank you so much you're welcome
have a nice one
too so what you're going to do is you're
going to come to this front door and
you're going to ring the bell right
there okay so what they came from me
everything so yeah you're going to come
this door is always open so this see
where you're at now okay yeah you're
going to come back so yeah you're going
to come in
here so so you're going to come here to
get your release form tomorrow okay all
right very good have a good night thank
you
