On July 29, 2024, 2-year-old **Ah’Layla Monique Bradley** was found unresponsive at a home in Cincinnati, Ohio, and later pronounced dead at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. Toxicology findings revealed exposure to **fentanyl and xylazine**, and her death was ruled a homicide. Weeks later, her mother, **Bethoney Miller-Williams**, was arrested and brought in for questioning.
