It really helps us do original reporting like this. 🔍 Episode Overview: At 8:00 PM on February 24, 2023, Tinton Falls police were called to a car accident at Hope Road and Sycamore Avenue. When Patrolwoman Lynelle Scanlon arrived, she saw that Anedris Dela-Rosa’s BMW had serious damage to the front. Anedris admitted to hitting the back of another car, a Chevy, at the intersection but claimed she was not drunk. The other driver stated she was stopped at a red light, while Anedris argued she hit the Chevy when the light turned green. Both cars were not drivable. Patrolwoman Scanlon was checking the other driver's vehicle records when Corporal Scanlon and Patrolman Ballas arrived. Sensing possible intoxication, she asked Corporal Scanlon to conduct field sobriety tests. Anedris told Patrolwoman Scanlon she had just finished work in Asbury Park and was on her way home. When Corporal Whalen explained how to do the Walk and Turn test, Anedris struggled to follow the directions and couldn't walk straight. She stood with her feet too wide apart and stepped on top of her own feet. During the One Leg Stand test, she lost her balance and couldn’t keep her foot up for more than two seconds. Corporal Whalen asked Anedris again about her drinks. At first, she said she had one. Then she seemed confused and mentioned not knowing how many “Mississippis” she had consumed, mixing up her counting with the number of drinks. Because she couldn't pass the field sobriety tests, Patrolwoman Scanlon arrested Anedris for driving under the influence. As Patrolwoman Scanlon drove Anedris to the police station, she realized Anedris had slipped out of her handcuffs and taken off her seat belt. Scanlon immediately stopped at the corner of Hope Road and Edison Avenue. Corporal Whalen arrived to help put the cuffs back on Anedris. Once they were on the way again, Anedris announced that she was urinating in the police car as a way to get back at the officer. After Anedris arrived at police headquarters, Patrolwoman Scanlon saw that her pants were unbuttoned and there was urine on the floor. Anedris agreed to a breathalyzer test. The result showed a blood alcohol content of 0.195%, which is more than twice the legal limit. After the processing, she was handed over to a sober adult who signed a liability waiver for her. She received summonses for operating under the influence, reckless driving, and careless driving. 1:45 LOL 15:53 is when the male officer got drunk just being near her. 17:42 wait he’s not doing it the standardized way. ? 18:46 Girl you’ve had one too many mississippi’s tonight 19:30 this is even easier, comment. 19:37 5 gallon bucket margarita 23:32 Just wondering why the video was pixilated 25:05 whyyyy is this blurred???? 29:40 I feel for you, Officer If you enjoyed this BodyCamBust video .
