vehicle accident at h Road and Sycamore Avenue when Patrol woman LEL scalan first arrived on seene she noticed that 30-year-old Enad Del Ro's BMW had sustained severe front- end damage anad admitted to striking the rear of the other driver's chiy at the intersection but denied being under the influence the other driver insisted she was stopped at the red light while anad Dre insisted that she struck the other vehicle when the light turned green both vehicles were determined to be disabled all right so what happened them were you um so the light was red and then it turned green for us to go so it was going and unfortunately it didn't go so yeah you got to use your use your words though what happened you ran into what happened so the green the light was green I'm ready to go yes and she wasn't going so unfortunately I went unfortunately I was going and she wasn't going when the light was GRE you hit the bra stop no I didn't I figured it was green so we were going unfortunately I other driver's motor vehicle records Corporal scanland and petroman Ballas arrived on scene based on her suspicion of intoxication patroman scanland had Corporal scanland administer field sobriety testing anad told patro woman scandin that she was heading home after leaving work in Asbury Park after Corporal whan explained the instructions for the walk and turn test anad re was unable to follow instructions or walk in a straight line her sance was wide and she took overlapping steps during one leg stand test anad was unable to maintain her balance or keep her foot in the required position the handcuffs on her once again as she began to transport anad to the station anad told the officer that she was urinating in the police car in the parent Act of Revenge talk to him real quick yeah
