buymeacoffee.com/BlueLineLens Raw Video On June 4, 2024, at approximately 10:30 p.m., Police Officers Matthew Bonanno and Marvin DeJesus responded to the 1000 block of Bloomfield Street on reports of a person passed out in a black SUV. When they arrived, they observed the driver, later identified as 36-year-old Arnaldo Cabral of Woodbridge, sleeping in the driver’s seat with the car in park, but still running. Officers woke up Cabral and observed an empty shot bottle in the vehicle. Officer Bianca Arroyo arrived to conduct a standard field sobriety test after which Cabral was arrested for driving while intoxicated. A search of his car located two cans of beer, a small shot bottle of fire ball, and a large bottle of fireball. He was transported to Hoboken Police Headquarters. He was issued summons for driving while intoxicated and, as per John’s law, later released into the custody of a responsible party. These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. #dwi #hoboken #crime
