it into the car and I [ __ ] over [Music] [Music] [Music] you see I have I have a old one here she she has a new one oh here all right and then do you have your registration for the vehicle yes [Music] [Music] [Applause] there's a empty bottle of Fireball in the back [Applause] seat sir do me a favor and just roll down all your windows Yep what's that behind the uh the I believe that's a Chick-fil-A bag or something or uh Chipotle bag this right yeah that's a that's probably from my brothers that I be [Applause] here I was here with my brothers the other day it had to be from there aess in the back has to be from them you this no no no no [Music] [ __ ] see my registration I know [ __ ] I don't know if I lost it or what man [Applause] you want to see her man I feel like I kind of smell it but then I don't that's what I'm saying like it's weird how you smell it or you don't it's not SM right yeah what what does eyes look like they look good but again he keeps it he's not really making much eye contact so I can't really get a good judgment always nothing wrong with that do [Music] I don't have my registration on you don't have it on I I don't think I have it on me I mean I could look for it but yeah just keep looking while we're here I'll be here for a while looking for it I feel like have stre you thei [Music] all give chy [Applause] [Applause] [Applause] [Music] [ __ ] I think have the registration problem [Music] there's blue thing right here there's what [Music] [Applause] [Music] [ __ ] man I don't I don't have it on what's your address I believe what's your name brother Arnaldo C ralo all right so let me tell you how it's going to go in the next few minuts um considering you know we came here we found you asleep behind the wheel car is on you know we see the empty Fireball there's a little odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from within the car so we're just going to have somebody come perform a few tests to see if you're intoxicated or not if you're not you get to go on your way if you are obviously that is legal be all right yeah no problem so actually again were you drinking no no no I wasn't do you have any medical history anything like that that would prevent you from taking a test uh uh no what do you mean I need metal no no no do me a favor just turn off the car yeah just step out for us all [Applause] right want you can hang out right over here yeah so you saying the fireball is from your brothers yeah yeah I was hanging out with my brothers yeah yeah like I said if you're not intoxicated the test takes maybe 5 minutes prove that you're not intoxicated then you can go on your way all right all right 105 madis m yeah you do see why somebody was concerned for your sa I see halfway in the middle of the street the music was blasting they saw you passed out so yeah yeah and I was arguing my wife and I [ __ ] this job has me out all the time got you said Arnaldo Arnaldo yeah just keep your last name Deus that's my middle name yeah oh middle name yeah last name is Cabra got you gotcha [Music] can I look for my registration on the phone can I look for it yeah you're fine fine that's [Music] airm be time all right [Music] [Applause] [Applause] all right know going to test you is here uh she'll explain to you you need to know right all [Applause] right all right boss you could just put your phone away and then take your hands out of your pocket she's going to explain everything to you you can just hang out over here though hang over here yeah all the tests are going to be performed on the sidewalk or here okay what last thing uh we pulled up he was passed out music blasting uh we had a caller obviously fear feared that he was possibly drinking that's why he's passed out over here mhm and then he's also was the car on yeah and then he's in the middle of the park and and they Str so okay yeah and then there with a empty Fireball uh little bottle in the back shooter I would use this but there uh they should be there it's right here good yeah but I need to like really like light it up here so gotcha and I don't have like a really align to preference Marv you got your uh flashlight on you ours mine's dead just hold it this way that like I have some type of light yeah that's I just need lights so like just make some all right boys my name is Officer Royal what is it what is your name aralo aralo aralo do you have any medical elements that would stop you from for performing any series of tests I had lower back surgery back in the day but that was 10 years ago but it wouldn't stop you from like walking standing no no it shouldn't yeah but that's it that's and the glasses you have are prescription glasses yes okay and you have have them are you wearing this is a weird question do you wear contact with your glasses or you don't have Conta no no I do wear contacts but now these are prescription but now yeah I have contacts on them okay all right uh AR right aralo aralo AR like yeah but all right um can you see the tip of this pen yeah what color is it purple that's close to say is a blue okay okay um so what I want you to do [Music] yeah what I want you to do is with your eyes only this is a very crucial instruction with eyes only can't see yourself eyes your eyes are only going to follow the tip of my pen okay you understand my instructions okay so what color is the pen again blue is that way and you can see it right yeah yeah okay see just your eyes only yeah don't move your hand oh sorry eyes on eyes on I got you [Applause] don't tell your eyes [Applause] on next series of tests I'm going to put you in a position you're going to stay in that position and I'm going to demon demonstrate the test for you while you're still in that position okay I'm not going to get into details yet I'm going to just get you into the position first and then you'll follow my instructions after okay all right so you're going to put your left foot out on we're going to utilize this line right here right okay and then your right foot is going to go right in the back your big toe is going to touch your heel so I'm going to I'm going to show you like so you're going to left let [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Applause] have a good night thank you for coming [Applause] that's foot so left foot out like this your back right toe is going to touch your heel it's in a heel to toe position hands to the side okay and you're going to stay in that position I'm going to demonstrate where you're going to utilize this line but you're going to you got to wait till I finish demonstrating and then I will let you know when to perform the test okay understand my instructions okay I'm just doing it from the side so that you'll be able to see I can see yes so when you're in this position you're going to count out loud 1 2 3 and so forth up to nine then you're going to take small series of steps small series of steps to get you back into the same position then you're going to count that loud one two three up to nine so basically you're going to end up back back at you're starting okay okay you understand my instructions okay you may be getting the test all right one 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 then to turn back yeah in the small series of steps somewhat continue 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 one more test okay yeah [Music] so next this is going to be the final test it's a one leg stand you can choose whatever leg you're comfortable with if you need to use the line as like a focus you can do so okay you're going to lift your leg up 6 in off the ground One Mississippi I mean one 1,000 2 1,000 3 not yet until I say start I'm just demonstrating it right now so you're going to lift it up 6 in off the ground 1 1,000 2 1,000 until I say stop hands are at your sides at all times you can choose whatever leg you're comfortable with okay and if you want to use your eyes as a focus point on this line you may do so okay okay all right and you may be get 1 1,000 higher higher yeah 1 1,000 a little higher right there 1,000 2,000 3,000 4,000 000 5,000 6,000 7,000 8,000 9,000 10,000 that keep going oh keep going M until I say stop got you Sor 1,000 2,000 3,000 4,000 5,000 and you can stop all right so the other day no I need you to turn around please put your hands back is there anything in the call we should know about anything on you we should know about no I'm getting like so we had you perform a field of uh test and our officer that's certified in this is indicating that you didn't pass all the tests even my lower back problems like that I can't keep my [ __ ] feet straight that much picking up in the head I want to start for that it's not even that boys there was indicators since the beginning your eyes are the big indicators and on top of that the walk G test also there were some indicators as well it's not just one one fail test that determined what happened to you like I said we're going to take it one step at a time we will guide you throughout the whole entire process we will explain the process moving forward but right now we're at this point we're going to put you in the vehicle and transport to headquarters okay follow me can I call anybody from work right now uh not right this second in a little [Applause] while you have your you have your wallet on you you want to P them down real quick yeah hug the wall the car he's going to P down real quick just in case yeah have anything on you that's going to stick me poke stab me no do you have your wallet phone keys in your pocket uh my wallet feels like it might be my P might be my pal gotcha N I got you well that works to thank you spr your legs my glasses are sliding on my face that was my phone on yeah just going to throw here for a second and I'm guessing your wallet's in the car yeah all right you can sit down for G ding his wallet to the cares what he oh no he got it so my glass came in my face they fell off yeah all right I'll grab him in a second D you want us go to the other side so we can buckle him in guys have to handle yeah that's policy yeah I got you I kind of don't have I don't know if I'm going to get it Bo the car is like tight so thank and then do you
