#news #police #arrest #cops Report: On 06/08/2022, Officers responded to Walmart in reference to a 911 hang up. Upon arrival, officers were notified that two males had been in a physical altercation at the fuel pumps, but had already left before he arrived on scene. Approximately 10 minutes later, officers were dispatched to the fuel pumps in reference to a battery that had just occurred. The victim was one of the parties involved in the physical altercation that had just occurred before officers arrival for the 911 hang up. While on the phone with dispatchers, the victim stated that the suspect pulled a pew pew on him and that he had a broken nose, fractured jaw, and a broken hand. Officers met with the victim in the parking lot of the fuel pumps and he stated that while he was pumping gas, an unknown male almost backed in to him. He stated that he honked his horn at the suspect and then the suspect pulled up, opened the door and pointed a pew pew at him. He stated that the suspect then drove around the fuel pumps, got out of his car and began to punching him. The victim stated that he began fighting the suspect back in self defense and pulled the suspects shirt off. Shortly after the physical altercation, the suspect got back in his vehicle and left the scene. The victim continued pumping his gas and then left the scene, before returning to file the report. While speaking with the victim, officers did observe that he was holding his left wrist and that he had a small laceration on the middle knuckle of his left hand. He also had blood on his shirt and he stated that was from his nose. He declined EMS. Officers reviewed video footage and observed the suspect vehicle attempting to back in to an open spot to pump fuel. While backing, the victim pulls up in to the spot the suspect was trying to back in to. At that point, the suspect pulls forward and opens the driver side door. It is unclear what the suspect is doing based on the camera angle. The suspect then pulls around behind the victim and exits his vehicle. The suspect runs up to the victim and begins punching him. The victim then engages in mutual combat with the suspect. Shortly after the physical altercation, the suspect gets back in his vehicle and leaves the scene. The victim finishes pumping gas and then leaves the scene. The suspect vehicle appears to be a dark blue or possibly black in color Toyota Avalon.
