started throwing hands over a gas pump eventually one of the males pulled out a weapon here's what happens when you take things too far hi hello so why'd you leave man because I he got a gun okay he uh so you drove all the way to millage Avenue yeah I was leaving to my uh appointment and they called us back yeah cuz I wanted to meet you guys over there why didn't you just meet us at milit Avenue because the police tell me to come back uh you have have to check the video here okay I can see where you threw a punch no that's with the wall cuz I Tred to grab him and and when I take his Shore off his Shore is on the floor his t-shir it's on the floor yeah I grabbed him from so I can hold him down for you guys to come and his shk came up and I scratched my hand all right yeah I had to pull some video do you need an ambulance no I can't afford it I I work all night I work for 5: to 5:30 and I have appointment at Tire Plus to change my oil okay at 900 so I came to put uh gas cuz I got paid this morning and when I came I went like this and he went like this and back up and and I blow my horn and he par here open his door like this he put a gun oh right here he did yeah he put put a gun right here out here and he did like this and and and I said that was before you fought or after yeah before before and I said like this so I I back up and he just left right I was right there and I thought I start pumping my gas I thought he was going he went behind it get out his car and stop punching me you okay so he pointed the gun at you first and then drove around okay okay you do you know who he is no he's a Spanish guy cuz he I speak Spanish he was stucking he was speaking Spanish Spanish okay and um I think he was some drugs because his eyes were like this do you remember what he was wearing uh black pants he has a black car you guys can see his dad okay yeah yeah yeah we we'll pull the video um okay how long ago was it 10 minutes ago 10 minutes ago yeah okay all right you got an ID on you sir yes sir can I can I yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah can you get it out please oh I'm just going to read it off he's declining you I and he came at me smiling right laughing like getting mad and laughing getting mad and laughing so I thought you know I said what man what and you can see the video I said like I don't want no problems and he just punched me here boom then he keeps punching me punching me and and my noes start bleeding so um okay I I I put my wallet on the floor and I'm trying to grab him while you're grabbing that's how you did that he Short came off and that wall is like this you see the concrete so I sash my hand and I hit my hand with the with the wall I wanted to pull him until you guys get here and grab him with the gun all what's your phone number sir yeah that's his shirt I think so is that on the ground over there what's the story so far said honk the horn at the guy and uh the guy pulled over here pointed a gun at him and drove around and got out and they started fighting he said he ripped off his shirt do you know who he is no so he's mad because he beep the horn at him I don't know he was high his eyes were this big and he was smiling and getting mad smiling and getting mad yeah what kind of car was he in black car we're going to go look at footage that would help you yep yeah yes CU he has a gun a big silver gun all right sir there's your case number okay I'm going to document everything you told me all right you said a big black gun and it was about it was right here this part right here he came out of this part right here he did like this okay was it just his hand was it with the gun okay you actually saw the gun gun and he did like this okay so see it over there I don't know okay yeah we'll see if that camera will pull it up then he went around I thought he was gone and uh the the the guy here the work he saw everything yeah the the white guy they the guy with the long hair yes he saw everything okay I'll check in with him so um that'll be your case number I'll I'll document a report what you said we'll pull up video um and then we'll go from there okay okay so you guys are GNA call me cuz I want him to get arrested I want well so what's going to happen is um if if if we have video evidence of him with a gun a detective will follow up with you okay okay but we don't know who he is so we can't press charges if we don't the the I'm not resident I'm no Cien only the just have a work a work ID basically like a basically like a work do you know the answer to that is she going to be able to bond him out with just her ID not being a citizen yeah I'm not sure Alison she just she doesn't have an ID she just has a work permit will she be able to bond him out you're just going right there right well she wants to know if
