Fort Myers, Florida police bodycam footage captures a DUI traffic stop that escalated after a drunk driver refused every request to exit her vehicle, turning a routine stop into a two-charge arrest on body camera. A 911 caller reported a Jeep swerving across lanes — what followed was a textbook case of how refusing to cooperate transforms a DUI into multiple criminal charges. The bodycam documents the full encounter, from the initial stop through Brianna's repeated refusals to exit the vehicle, her decision to decline field sobriety exercises, her second refusal to submit to a breath test at the jail, and the moment her boyfriend learned she wouldn't be released until 8:00 the next morning.
