Upon arriving, he found a 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee that had run into a bollard, which kept cars from entering that section of Broad Street. When he approached the driver, later identified as 31-year-old Emily Wilson, he noticed that the airbags had deployed and the vehicle was heavily damaged, likely a total loss. Emily confessed to drinking before getting behind the wheel and pleaded with the officers not to charge her with a second DWI. Moments later, Patrolman Jhonatan Quispe arrived at the scene. Patrolman Nelson informed him that she was "admittedly 4-50," signaling a DWI situation. First responders from Hackensack Meridian Health came to check on her, but Emily refused medical help. After confirming her refusal, Patrolman Quispe proceeded with field sobriety tests. The first field sobriety test was the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus (HGN) test. Next came the Walk and Turn test. Emily struggled to walk in a straight line and couldn't keep her balance. When Patrolman Quispe asked if she wanted to try the One Leg Stand test, she declined, saying she wouldn't be able to do it. After the traffic accident, Patrolman Quispe arrested Emily for driving under the influence. She struggled to complete the field sobriety tests, raising suspicions. A search of her car uncovered unopened bottles of liquor. Patrolman Nelson then took Emily to the Red Bank Police Department for processing. At the Red Bank Police Headquarters, Patrolman Quispe informed Emily of her Constitutional rights. She immediately asked for a lawyer. After that, he explained the Standard Statement for Motor Vehicle Operators. Eventually, Emily agreed to take breath tests. The results showed her blood alcohol concentration was 0.266%. This is over three times the legal limit of 0.08%. After Emily finished the breathalyzer test, she was allowed to call someone for help. Once she was processed, Patrolman Quispe charged her with driving under the influence, as stated in NJ Rev Stat § 39:4-50. Court records show that Emily had been cited for a similar offense in Eatontown, New Jersey, on November 13, 2014. 0:42 Please don’t get me for another DUI 1:09 The lamentations in the bathroom are golden! 1:26 I just drank too much. 6:28 That sh*t came outta nowhere 13:53 don’t tell me good job, your a f cop 16:10 I am hammered 16:30 WTF did she expect? 17:17 She turned from sweet innocent little sad girl to psychopath 30:21 The way her snot flew out 33:47 LOL 36:59 I have kids at home.. 39:45 why did they pull me over? 40:40 She blamed the sh#t on Siri and Google maps!!!... 42:30 her pheremones get briefly activated after the brushing away 56:42 OMG tell her she’s going to get an obstruction charge 57:20 Don't we all do...cry me a river! 59:03 No wonder your crush of ten years left 1:06:04 these officers need to take charge here. 1:08:41 From her reaction when going in to pee 1:09:33 Even cop chuckled 1:10:00 Is this the voice of God? 1:14:56 girl just shut up sitting in that office 1:17:10 I stood on my chair cheering 1:23:40 Hopefully sitting there alone and realizing If you enjoyed this BodyCamBust video.
