yeah I'm the driver around the 33 a.m. on August 28th 2023 patrolman Christian Nelson with the Red Bank Police Department initially responded to a report of a motor vehicle crash at the intersection of Broad Street and White Street as he arrived on scene he observed that a 1999 Jeep GR Cherokee had struck a baller blocking vehicle traffic from entering that portion of Broad Street as he made contact with the driver who was later identified as 31-year-old Emily Wilson he observed that the airbags had deployed and the vehicle appeared to be a total loss going to need a 17 as well I just drink too much I haven't been out in 10 years man I'm a single mom going out for the first time I'm really [ __ ] lost right now that's it that's it a wengers do you have on you what what injuries do drinking before operating a motor vehicle and asked the officers to not charge her with a second DWI a few minutes afterwards patrolman Jonathan quisp arrived on scene and patrolman Nelson told him that she was admittedly for 250 indicating a DWI case First Responders with hackins Meridian health also arrived on scene to evaluate her but Emily declined medical attention after confirming that Emily was refusing medical attention patrolman crispy began administering field sobriety exercises she's admittedly 450 okay just got to checked out first and then we'll the test clean up I'm good I'm good pleas I've been a just keep your eye on her my this is my first time out in a it's going to be uh 4:50 see uh anyone certifi or not no of course yeah it looks like just scratch it's just walking around so um the t compan is going have to take it right cuz it's uh total days ago from a pet dropped on my KN I was unloading a palette really this is not new we just got a we just got to look at it
