On February 9, 2023, Toledo Police Officers responded to a report of a car that struck an unknown object. When they arrived at the location, the 22-year-old female driver was still behind the wheel. She tries endlessly to convince officers that she was not drunk, but just sad because her boyfriend had allegedly cheated on her. She slipped up a few times an inadvertently admitted to being drunk. She was asked to submit to standardized field sobriety tests and she was eventually arrested for DUI. She was transported to the Toledo police station, where she attempted to submit to an evidential breath test. She was unable to complete the test as you will see in the video. She charges and the outcome of her case are discussed at the end of the video.
