Fort Myers Police Department officers responded to the Marriott on Metro Parkway in Fort Myers, Florida, after receiving multiple 911 hang-up calls from the same location. 23-year-old Madison Heath stood out not just for generating five separate emergency calls in a single night, but for her behavior when officers arrived to ensure her safety, transforming a welfare check into a criminal investigation. The bodycam documents the full encounter, from the initial contact at the hotel room door through the forced removal and walk down the hallway, including the suspect's escalating behavior, her attempts to deny making the calls while her phone rang in her hand, and the choices that led to serious criminal charges. The description also details the physical resistance during the handcuffing process that added to her legal jeopardy.
