Police Officer and His Wife Caught Smoking Drugs with Their Kids in the Car On 4/11/2025, a Deputy with the Orange County Sherriff's Office was at a stop light when he looked to his left and saw a woman sitting in the passenger seat of a vehicle next to him light a dark colored cigarette and exhale smoke out of the window. The woman then looked to the left and saw the deputy looking at her and immediately put out the cigarette and rolled up the window. The officer then noticed they were not wearing their seatbelts and got behind the car to conduct a traffic stop. After talking to the driver the officer becomes informed that the Driver is a police officer with the Opalocka Police Department. The Orange County Sheriffs Office has made all visual redactions to this video in an attempt to conceal the officers identity, also editing out any audio of his name or occupation. The only reason we were able to find his identity is due to the deputy leaving his name in the police report. She was then transported to the orange county jail where she was booked and charged with child neglect, possession of cannabis, and possession of drug paraphernalia. All Charges were later dropped with the state attorney stating that the case is not suitable for prosecution.
