The officer then noticed they were not wearing their seat belts and got behind the car to conduct a traffic stop. After talking to the driver, the officer becomes informed that the driver is a police officer with the Opa-locka Police Department. The Orange County Sheriff's Office has made all visual redactions to this video in an attempt to conceal the officer's identity, also editing out any audio of his name or occupation.
