The location was GA 15 in Grandis Heights. A 2018 Toyota Camry sat on the guardrail. Witnesses said the driver was speeding. She was going about 120 MPH. Airbags had deployed. Debris littered the road. Trammell first spoke to a passenger. Then he talked to the driver. Her name was Augusta Naggie. She was 20 years old. Trammell smelled alcohol. Augusta showed signs of being drunk. She admitted she had been drinking. She mentioned a past DUI arrest. This happened two years before. Trammell asked her to take tests. He started with the eye test. Augusta did not perform well. Next was the walk and turn test. She stepped improperly. She did not keep her feet together. The last test was standing on one foot. She couldn't lift her foot right. She also counted wrong. A breath test followed. It showed a 0.25% BAC. The crash, alcohol smell, witness accounts, and failed tests led to her arrest.
