On February 15, 2023, an officer was dispatched to a reckless driving complaint in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. Accordingly, the vehicle described as a silver Chevy Sedan, had cut the caller off and was swerving. Eventually, the officer was able to catch up to the suspect vehicle. Once the officer got behind the vehicle, the vehicle speed drastically decreased. Also, while behind the vehicle, the officer immediately noticed that the vehicle was weaving within its lane. Once they approached the intersection the vehicle deviated from its lane into the right lane but was slowly corrected and the driver repositioned the vehicle back into the left lane prior to stopping for the stoplight. While at the stoplight, the officer was informed by the dispatcher that the registration plate was expired as of 10/13/2022.
