on February 15 2023 an officer was dispatched to a reckless driving complaint in Menomonee Falls Wisconsin accordingly the vehicle described as a silver Chevy sedan had cut the collar off and was swerving eventually the officer was able to catch up to the suspect vehicle once the officer got behind the vehicle the vehicle speed drastically decreased also while behind the vehicle the officer immediately noticed that the vehicle was weaving within its Lane once they approached the intersection the vehicle deviated from its Lane into the right lane but was slowly corrected and the driver repositioned the vehicle back into the left lane prior to stopping for the stoplight while at the stoplight the officer was informed by the dispatcher that the registration plate was expired as of [Music] after the man was arrested and booked he was charged with two offenses operating while Under the Influence third offense and resisting obstructing an officer the man's wife was called to take custody of him after the booking process was completed the man posted a bond of one thousand one hundred fifty dollars the officer asked the man's wife about his whereabouts and she stated that he was supposed to be at a restaurant earlier in the evening but she did not know where he went after that the officer then read and had the man sign the responsibility agreement form the man was released from custody and handed over to his wife at around 1201 am on February 16 2023. the man was provided with copies of the telephonic search warrant the informing the accused form and the notice of intent to revoke operating privilege
