Officers made contact with the suspect, later identified as a 20-year-old male named Aijalon. While detained, Aijalon’s group of friends began voicing their concerns. The friend ironically wearing a “Jailbird Costume” is a 26-year-old named Shaianne, she continues to escalate her presence in the interaction. The officers completed their investigation, told the suspect he was free to leave but not permitted in the bar, and released him. Shortly after being released, the officers observed his friends encouraging him to leave the area. Instead of taking their advice, he threw two punches at his female friend. In the end, Aijalon was charged with disorderly conduct. He pled no contest and was ordered to pay a total of $540 in fines and costs. He was given 6 months to pay the fines and, over 6 months later, the court records still show the entire amount due. Shianne was charged with resisting arrest without violence and battery on a law enforcement officer. She ultimately pled guilty to the resisting charge and was ordered to pay $640 in fines and costs which she promptly paid.
