All right, we're getting a shot at 334.
On November 1st, 2024, officers with the
St. Petersburg Police Department
responded to a call in reference to a
male subject causing a disturbance at a
bar. Officers made contact with the
suspect, later identified as a
20-year-old male named Agelon.
You stay over there. Stay right there.
Go find out what happened. Okay.
[Music]
What? What happened?
I don't know. Whatever. What's going on
with those dudes?
Listen, I'm going to just put you in
handcuffs right now. Okay.
 Listen, they
come off just as easy as they come on.
Okay.
So, just let my partners relax.
Stay over there. Stay over there. Stay
over there.
Stay over there. And I'll talk to you in
a minute.
Come on over here. Come on over here.
You need to get the car. I'm not even
going to put you in the back seat.
 Stay
over there. I will talk. I will tell you
in a minute. I need you to get out of
the roadway, please.
No, you need to be beyond 25 ft of what

with this officer. I I He I don't know
if he's going anywhere yet, but I need
you to go over there for me. Okay. While
detained, Azelon's group of friends
began voicing their concerns. The friend
that is ironically wearing a jailbird
costume is a 26-year-old named Cheyenne.
She continues to escalate her presence
in the interaction. I'm waiting over
there.
Can I still talk to you?
 Sure.
You can talk to everybody else.
 Okay.
Can you go over there? Oh my god. Go
over there.
Okay. I think we should just

there? Your friend, you should probably
take over.
I'm going to talk to him. Can
I ask you a question?

I asked you a question. I'm not trying
to
ask a question right now. We're
trying to figure this out. Nope.
 The
officers completed their investigation,
told the suspect he was free to leave,
but not permitted in the bar, and
released him. Shortly after being
released, the officers observed his
friends encouraging him to leave the
area. Instead of taking their advice, he
threw two punches at his female friend.

In the end, Azelon was charged with
disorderly conduct. He pled no contest
and was ordered to pay a total of $540
in fines and costs. He was given six
months to pay the fines and over 6
months later the court records show the
entire amount is due. Cheyenne was
charged with resisting arrest without
violence and battery on a law
enforcement officer. She ultimately
plead guilty to the resisting charge and
was ordered to pay $640 in fines and
cost which she promptly paid. If you
