When officers arrived, they spoke to the victim who stated that the suspect had dragged her by her hair to the ground in the kitchen. Officers spoke with the suspect and she stated that when she walked into the residence, the victim was sitting on the kitchen counter and she began to "talk s***" to the suspect.
