hey if you have a problem you can talk to me about it and she started calling me like out my here give me one second when I'm getting cancer in Fusion do you know who paid for the insurance it was me what happened well when I came home from my friend's house okay there was a um talk to the victim she's in there and he was there is she okay who it's my girlfriend your girlfriend okay who are you to him my mother it's your mother okay what happened um when I came home cuz I'd been out with one of my friends she was sitting there and he was at the door and I just wanted to make my way to my room cuz we're going through a divorce who me and my husband which one is your husband uh red red hair red hair okay that's your dad okay so they kept talking [ __ ] talk talking and who kept talking [ __ ] uh she did and he kept back recorded she didn't talk my phone's right behind you it's all recorded on there okay we're going to see that recording is it like a video recording audio audio that's fine we'll see that recording so go ahead um she pretty much she wanted to go at it what did she say or I want to go at it because I'm sick and tired of hearing her so what did you do I do grabbed her talk to her because she was telling my boyfriend some stuff about me saying like how all mother's say I didn't get her a candy apple and she made a big deal about it so I just sat down and said hey if you have a problem with me then you can tell me and then she started raising her voice at me and started pressing me out so I started raising my voice at her and then she said okay just get out of my house and I said Your name's not on this lease you do not own this house don't have to pick me out if he wants me out I will gladly leave and she threw her bags down and said fine you know what come here she grabbed me by the arm and grabbed me by the hair and KN me down and my boyfriend who's in there uh grabbed her and his brother came in and got her off of me okay you have idea on you um it's they were on the ground with each other she was pulling her hair as I went in there to help pull him apart um he was in the middle trying to push him apart while she had somewhere on her hair pulling her hair and I went and pulled them completely apart so that they were no longer in contact with each other okay guess he much fresh charges man you want to press charges you don't know I we don't um so here's the part she come back tonight in this house if she were to get out she'd have all rights to come back to this house because it is her house right she lives here yes so so I'll explain the so I'll explain the entire process so so for you the reason why I asked you if you guys have ever lived together or anything like that is because if you live together right then she would have to because she would be the primary aggressor so if you lived together or had any kids together or were ever in a relationship together orever married then it'd be a domestic violence situation but that's not the case right so there you don't share any blood with her you guys don't live together there's nothing that makes it a domestic violence case between you and her okay if it were then she would not be allowed to come back to the home but because it is not then that's the issue now furthermore okay um the house may be under your name but because you guys are married it is shared property okay so due to the fact that you're getting a divorce that has to be part of your conditions is you get the home she has to leave that should that has to be part of the conditions for her to not be allowed to come back to the house tonight she can come back she can come back we should just all lock our doors huh everybody who still lives in this house should lock their doors I understand so I understand it's a messed up situation I get that completely but the thing is is that because she lives here it's her residence now if you were to lock her out not let her in then you would be going to jail for interference for property you know so it's one of those things it's a it's a big it's an iffy situation now like I said what I can advise you is you can take the police report that I'm going to write you can go down to court and you can write a um you can get a temporary order temporary protective order against her okay um now that would that would mean that you wouldn't be able to come back to the home and if she got one on you again you wouldn't be able to come back to the home okay do you guys have any more questions go ahead or give me one second can you call my son and
