UPDATE: Her 2nd and 3rd DUI arrests will be uploaded over the course of the next 2 days. On September 2, 2020, police in Jackston Township, Ohio, received a call from a local restaurant who reported that a 41 year-old female had just picked up a meal and was obviously intoxicated. Police located the vehicle as it was pulling away from the restaurant and blocked it in. The woman admitted to consuming two alcohol beverages (among other things). She was asked to submit to field sobriety exercises, but she blamed her inability to perform the tests on numerous ailments and injuries. She was eventually arrested and taken to the Jackson Township police station. She refused to submit to an evidentiary breath test or provide a urine sample. Less than two week later, she pled guilty to DUI (1st offense) and was sentenced to 3 days in jail, a $400 fine, 40 hours of community service, and her license was suspended for 1 year. This would be her first of 3 DUIs that she would be arrested for. (Massillon Municipal Court case 2020TRC04012)
