amount of alcohol I'm gonna offer you a urine test if we end up getting to the point where you have to take a urine test it's going to be sent off to the lab you're not going to leave here with anything today besides your criminal charges and then the Obi charges they will depend on what the lab comes back and says if you take a breath test and you're above the legal limit then your driver's license is going to be suspended today okay but if you were if you refuse a test your driver's license is going to be suspended regardless okay what would you do I can't offer you that advice [Applause] so with that being said would you like to take a breath test um correct okay um should I say again I can't offer you that advice and what if I don't take it then I'm going to suspend your driver's license what's that I [Music] correct if you test flow on alcohol but we suspect there's other factors involved in that we're going to ask you for a urine test also okay and that urine test will be sent out for they analyze it and then when we get the results we will notify you of the results so whether you think you're only you know what you've done today this week this last couple of weeks um so you would know what's either in your blood alcohol whatever okay so the first test we always offer is the breath test okay um see as far as the drugs like I don't know if you want you guys know that he gave me his wife's prescription um for three months yeah it was pretty bad I almost died yeah well no actually I feel like I'm in pain and I will have a couple drinks and I feel a lot better it takes fun one lesson would be pain away over what period of time did you have a couple drinks um I only had about a couple drinks sprayed before I see you guys I did remember you were mirandas and you don't have that if you were mirandized you're not obligated to answer questions if you don't want to okay okay I mean we're going to ask you the typical questions like what's your phone number is this your current address stuff like that said anything that's going to incriminate you I do not have to answer once he reads you the Miranda's mirandize you do not need to answer okay about that I can't answer about that if you do take a test and you have no prior it's 90 days but if you have a job and privileges may come your way right I can't answer how that would go for you but regardless when you're suspended you cannot drive because that's what gets people time and time and time again you get a suspense and you get another suspension okay would you like to take a urine
