On May 8, 2024, officers with the Monroe County Sheriff's Office responded to a domestic battery call. Upon arrival, officers made contact with the alleged victim, a 33 year old female named Heidi. In the end, Heidi was charged with resisting with violence and 3 counts of battery with prior convictions. She pled no contest and was sentenced to 4 years of probation and ordered to pay over $1,000.00 in court costs and fees.
