County Sheriff's Office responded to a
domestic battery call upon arrival
officers made contact with the alleged
victim a 33-year-old female named
Heidi not okay I got you who was it

it is could be that girl could be my
husband they got someing thing going on
I don't know I got you somebody hit me
and I don't you any medical no all right

that's his boy hey they're both my
friends they started
fighting yeah the baby was in the other
room and
we're trying to get separate the
babies somebody had been drinking and
starting to fight and when we finally
got them separated she came
out and then I heard like all kinds of
stuff going on all right I was in the
bedroom all right so she started she
started beating up on my son's fiance
and my son is trying to separate the two
I got you so what happened today sir
yeah just too much drink
out of control I mean she's just hitting
on
everybody just trying to get the
situation I don't want anything to
happen but it's got to stop and she
won't stop and now all of a sudden she's
being little no I got you I got you so
how how did she end up with her mouth
lip bu I don't know on me no I I'm not
blaming you for anything I'm just saying
how punching everybody falling down
drunk obnoxious she's they're all bloody
up there she's been punching everybody
breaking up the bedroom my go so she she

the girl I think her and her I don't
know I didn't say I was the baby in the

so what's going to happen is she's going
to jail for multiple batteries here and
then domestic three different victims so
she's going to see the judge tomorrow
they'll set the conditions of a
release contact I just let her just
figure it out on her own I I don't I
don't don't have yeah so the judge will
set that tomorrow a no contact order or
whatever it is um that's up to the judge
from there you allow me working with the
state attorney's office and determine
what what your route from there is
but
yeah all right and then from there the
state attorney's office is going to
reach out to you go ahead
your subject is suspended North Carolina
expired

is

got anything to worry about right now

resisting with violence and three counts
of battery with prior convictions she
pled no contest and was sentenced to
four years of Probation and ordered to
pay over $1,000 in court cost and fees
prior to her sentencing she violated her
no contact order by repeatedly calling
