As he walked away, she followed and continued to yell at him, threatening him with physical violence. She continued to menace and threaten the officer, wave her fist in his face, and got even closer, despite orders to stay back. Lavacchi was told she was being placed under arrest and she resisted by refusing to place her hands behind her back. Police Officers Cynthia Rivera and Joson Montalvo arrived to assist. A search incident to arrest located a plastic water bottle that was filled with vodka, and two plastic pint bottles of vodka. Lavacchi was transported to Hoboken Police Headquarters and charged with making terroristic threats, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest. She was also issued a summons for having an open bottle containing alcoholic beverage. She was processed and then transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. #crime #news #disorderly
