on October 12th 2024 an officer was conducting a check of a local park when a woman he knew familiar to the park began to walk toward him and yell at him as he walked away she followed and continued to yell at him threatening him with physical violence she continued to Menace and threatened the officer wave her hand in his face and got even closer despite orders to stay back here is what occurred all right detail check of uh walk through Church Square Park at the bat we got a mail laying down on the bench be advising hello how's it going sir just the heads up you're not supposed to be laying by refusing to place her hands behind her back a search incident to arrest located a plastic water bottle that was filled with vodka and two plastic pint bottles of vodka she was transported to Police Headquarters and charged with making terroristic threats disorderly conduct and resisting arrest she was also issued a summon for having an open bottle containing alcoholic beverage she was processed and then transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility
