Leadership at the Mesa Police Department begins with service. Chief Dan Butler shares the philosophy that guides our team. We exist for the people who serve this organization and for the community we protect. We challenge our officers to build their mind, their body, and their spirit. And when you join Mesa PD, you will receive some of the best training in the nation. We train more and we train harder because our community deserves our best. This is leadership at Mesa PD. Service. Preparation. Purpose.
