When we're talking about leadership at the Mesa Police Department, what we're really talking about is service. Our philosophy is we exist for the men and women of the organization and for our community members. What that means is we are going to challenge you to build your mind, to build your body, and to build your spirit. And if you become a member of our team, when we bring you on board, we guarantee that you will be the best trained human being in law enforcement in the nation. We train more than everybody. We train harder than everybody and we do that to make a difference in our community. So we look forward to working with you in our community.
