Police respond after reports of a woman passed out behind the wheel of a vehicle parked in a public area. What begins as a welfare check quickly turns into a full operating a vehicle under the influence (OVI) investigation when officers discover an open container of alcohol in plain view on the front passenger seat and observe signs of impairment. In this body cam footage, officers wake the driver, assess her condition, and begin conducting field sobriety tests to determine whether she is safe to operate a vehicle.
