Rapper Dave East Found Asleep in Cadillac Escalade - Full Bodycam of DUI Arrest! On July 1, 2022, at approximately 8:00 AM, officers with the Palisades Interstate Parkway Police Department responded to a welfare check in Palisades Interstate Park, New Jersey. A black Cadillac Escalade was found idling beneath a bridge with loud music playing and the driver unconscious behind the wheel. Officers repeatedly knocked on the vehicle’s window before the driver finally woke up. That driver was identified as 34-year-old rapper and actor Dave East (David Lawrence Brewster Jr.). This full police bodycam video captures the moment officers initiated contact, leading to a DUI investigation. Despite claiming he was "just down the street from home," East appeared disoriented and showed potential signs of impairment. What began as a simple welfare check quickly escalated into a suspected DUI arrest involving a high-profile celebrity. In this video, you’ll see the raw, unedited bodycam footage of the encounter—how officers handled the situation, East’s behavior, and how the events unfolded inside and outside the luxury Escalade. Whether you're here for real crime content, law enforcement bodycam footage, or celebrity DUI cases, this video provides an unfiltered look at how even high-profile individuals are held accountable on the road.
