This is for my East was clearly frustrated throughout the entire encounter and repeatedly challenged the officers, seemingly trying to provoke a reaction. At one point, he even leaned into his public persona, telling one of the officers to Google Me as if his status as a rapper and actor somehow excused his behavior. But let's be honest, who cares what he does for a living or how much money he has? The reality is he had been out partying all night, then got behind the wheel of a 5,000lb vehicle and drove while impaired. He easily could have ended his own life or taken someone else's. Fortunately, that didn't happen, but that doesn't make it okay. East was arrested and charged with DUI. His Cadillac Escalade was impounded under a mandatory 12-hour hold in accordance with John's law. As of now, no further public details are available about the outcome of this case. What do you think? Should he have been led off with a warning since he appeared borderline on the field sobriety test? Or did falling asleep in the middle of the road beneath a bridge clearly cross the line?
