Altoona police responded to a Kwik Trip after reports of a shirtless man behaving erratically and getting into someone else’s vehicle. The suspect, identified as 33-year-old named Joshua of Ladysmith, led officers on a bizarre stop-and-go chase. Despite multiple negotiation attempts, he fled each time. Tire deflation devices and vehicle blocking maneuvers eventually brought him to a halt. He resisted arrest and was tased. He had been arrested for OWI just two days prior. #wisconsin #police #policechase #chase #altoona #eauclaire #resistingarrest #shirtless 🔔Subscribe for more from BodyCam Raw Wisconsin: Find and watch full episodes on our site: / @bodycamrawwisconsin Facebook - / profile.php . .
