reports of an erratic individual causing
a disturbance outside the store.
Witnesses said a man was acting
erratically and entered a stranger's
vehicle and took his shirt off. The man
left in a vehicle shortly after.

was issued a $2,500 cash bond. I

this guy jumped into her car and then
took his shirt off and stuff like that.

it and he took off, pulled over and then

times in between there. Uh and then kept
going and then I was set up with spikes
and then he's like, "Get over here and
box him in." So then I started heading
that way and then he drove past me.

over here and just get in front of him
and box him in?" And I'm like, "I got

him in getting around him

drove around me.

of 35. And then uh then we boxed him
into here and we're coming up here and I
thought he was going to scoot that way
and then he jumped out of the car right
here. So I went up and grabbed them. So
the box in worked pretty well and no
cars were damaged at all. So that's a
plus.
