don't know the antibiotic that you're

happened was um I was talking to her
earlier today
um I was working and she actually had C
to pick me up and coincidentally you
know she picked me up and I had told my
uh training supervisor that you know
like I need to leave early and then
that's what happened in the 2 minutes
afterwards now as far as I'm aware uh I
don't think that she was drinking I
think that when I was talking to her she
got upset and she actually took a lot of
the antibiotic medication because he was
upset at me okay so she did just take an
antibiotic just took a like a lot how
much would you say I don't know I never
actually saw the bottle okay um and here
we are okay um I had no idea that she
was out of it um I don't know if she's
still out of it I think she is
emotionally distressed MH um so you guys
just have like an argument and then yeah
she did that okay nothing got physical
between you guys or no um as far as I'm
aware like I I don't want to throw under
the bus but at 10: a.m. she did say that
she had one shot I don't think that
would surpass the legal limit for
driving that was a long time ago yeah

so at 10: a.m. she said she had one shot
but during the course of you guys'
argument she pops a bunch of antibiotics
and here we are well how long ago was
the antibiotics um she had told
me an hour and a half ago I think or
sorry like probably two hours now uhuh
yeah okay I think if you can like I just
want to show her a little bit more cuz
like what's up so the all right I'm just
going to go through it all real quick so
the the way we actually both met was uh
we both actually came out of a rehab
program for alcohol abuse and um you
know I apologize because I'm drunken out
of it right now okay but I do have on my
phone like statements that will provide
you know like back up what I'm saying
and also with my trainer like I sent
them on my work computer so I can I can
ride that
okay but no as far as I'm concerned when
she got here like
literally she came around that corner
and she went this way and it's not
necessarily a flea statement like it was
reported MH it was more so that I had to
remind her cuz she was so out of it and
she actually said did I just hit that

which happened and I told her was like

at the time she wasn't there enough to

was there enough to perceive it and she
knew and she actually was already
turning when I had said that and she

she was trying to take as many as she
could to make it clear her system but he
says that she was upset and took

her throat and she's had a history of
reacting to antibiotics before okay and
um he's a doctor

she tell me all day that she did not
drink she was no she did drink cuz she
told me cuz I asked her I said I'm going
to go to the house and check on her
right so between 10 and 10 cu I had my
IV today I had I have therapy for my IV
and I call her at 12 said we want lunch
just no I'm fine she's sick okay so
between 12 and 2 she did have two shots
of bka she told me she admitted to it
and then this guy is at like boyfriend
kind of sounds boyfriend yeah Bo um I I
guess he says that both have like a
problem that's how they met yeah they're
both they're both in rehab and they met
they're they're recovering alcoholics
okay and they've been clean for about a
year but yeah I get it yeah yeah that's
why we keep watching her yeah she lives
with us oh okay okay um yeah cuz I guess
his what he said is that they were
having some issues and then um he wanted
some alcohol so she went and picked him
up didn't drink any and comes to his
house picks him up they get into an
argument and then she takes and
antibiotics so does that track with like
your timeline since you've talked to her
today she's talking the truth yeah okay
cuz I've been watching her all day well
this is from him she she hasn't said
anything because I mean she had a well
check done and I have a ring on my phone
and I check on her cuz I I I was
actually working toring so I wasn't at
the house you know uh so I was remotely
working so I been I mean I'm kind of all
day with her okay all righty um give us

figure out what's kind of going to
happen but we'll we'll keep you in the
