on October 25th 2024 at 3:58 a.m. law enforcement responded to a Mobile gas station regarding a theft investigation hello how you doing good you called yeah this I don't know what's going on when he said somethingone stole his phone then he came in just started taking Bears then he's he's like I'm going start everybody I'm going start I don't get my phone I told him I don't have your phone sir he just kept going and taking bears taking Bears the old guy here he ended up coming in the back right there he ended up coming locking him out every time I went to to go try to lock the door he would be like oh he I'm need go go to his car and like try to grab some so I just stay here like he can't he just locked the door and he sped off after that all right did you get a tag number I wasn't able to get a tag number all right um but he says he he's always around here he said whenever he sees a I guess he's blaming it on a red car he says whenever he sees a r he's going to shoot the car something he said he's always around I don't know what was going on with him okay are you familiar with them at all uh I I only worked here one one night I I would assume he's someone that's always around here okay and did he take a beer he took like at least 20 2 30 beers not not regular beers like The Big C tall boy he just kept coming in grabbing them walking back out putting it in his car coming back in grabbing like six seven more walking back out putting is there any reason you didn't call while he was doing that I did I was on the phone with the with the lady as he was doing that okay yeah and I pressed the panic button when it first started happening and he was able to get that many beers out by going back and forth yeah he was just coming in grabbing and he was just saying I'm the play I'm red car going back in I was trying to come around to lock the door but every time I come around he would just make 30 like I'm go to his car and grab something like he's going to grab something so I'm not even going to risk to come around uhhuh and then try to low the door through the door or something okay and the other guy that's out there oh yeah he he he witnessed like towards the end of it basically cuz he was the one able to lock he came in and locked the door as he pulled in and uh you want to press charges yeah for definitely for the baring stuff okay yeah he was he's definitely intoxicated I don't know how much he's been drinking I think he came from the nightclub Rose over there and when he came in he did like six seven laps in his car parked up he was just what kind of Toyota it's a black Toyota camera camera footage camera uh the manager will be able to get that for you in the morning okay but yeah he he's on camera for sure all right okay let me just get some paperwork and um I'll take a statement and we can move forward I know problem do you know what time the manager comes in he will be in at [Music] 6:00 okay or I little okay if you want raise your Camry pulled he did a lap few laps around the parking lot pulled in I was outside with my step brother in his vehicle and then he was doing his thing he was dancing he had music playing he was having a good time I would I would say like I didn't any body without any I would say this same any person would he came there L he he he said a few things to us from outside we conversate a little bit and then my brother ended up leaving cuz it's around 4:00 in the morning he's going home I came back inside and then he started saying how my brother in the right car well he doesn't know it was my brother he was send the guy in the right car stole my phone I was like I don't know anything about that we're just outside I don't yeah I don't know what's going on with that and he he just kept insisting like insinuating that oh we stole his phone or whatever and then I was like I just I just basically ignored him I just sat down relaxed and then he started getting irate he's like oh I'm going start I'm the car I'm the place if I don't get my phone you got to you got to call him like I don't have nothing to do I don't know anything about that like you can go outside look for your phone I don't know where your phone is he kept getting more and more ir and then eventually he's he just started going to the fridge grabbing Bears going to his car coming back every time he would come in he would say something oh I'm up the place I'm you and I was just like all right whatever man that's when I pressed the button and I called the police son I was on the phone with the operator and he kept he did at least four or five times he came in and out just grabbed a handful of bears making threats just saying just saying a bunch of stuff I don't even know why going in this car and eventually the older gentleman that does the cooler came in he pulled in and he was able to get around him and lock the door when he seen what was happening he came in locked the door and then he just closed his car door and sped off and that was it and then you guys came and then doing it you know okay how would you describe him uh sure black male I'd say like 510 height he was wearing like a tideye kind of color would you say he was my height or was he shorter close to your height okay or his height closer to your height okay maybe I say maybe slightly taller okay dark M he he was visibly intoxicated he was intoxicated he specified that he did come from the shrip club prior and then yeah he was sure he had tiedye clothes tie-dye pants some you call those slides type things and socks okay and do you have any idea what kind of beer he took or what the cost of it was he took he took basically look at that fridge behind you that one with all the talk second one all the talk K i' would say if you were to take from the third fourth say a fourth R down he gra like three or four from each of those Maybe more four or five from each row you just come grab from one row and then go back in come back and grab from another row go back to his car come back and grab another row and just going from row to row are all those the same price they all vary prices okay but then normally around like5 to like $7 each okay all right all right and then did you see any weapons did you he he he didn't I didn't see anything visibly but he kept saying he had he had a weapon he said he had a dumper or something I don't know he just kept saying he has something like a he's going to he's going to red car place just I if I would assume if someone's saying they're going to place I would assume they have a weapon with them I don't know if they're false threats or not but I don't I don't I don't take those light right and which way did he leave the parking lot do you know he went this way and he went towards lakew Road okay he just took off a high rate okay and that's the only thing he took from the store is the beer yeah the beer he just grabbed a bunch of beer and you wish to prosecute Prosecuting us a lot of beer I mean I don't want to pay for the beer somebody has to pay for the yeah okay all right anything else you'd like to say heavily intoxicated very irate I would say he was threatening very threatening demean could you could you see the license plate at all in the vehicle he was parked up where this vehicle is parked where your Cruiser parked up right now so I return to the store to view the footage of the alleged theft that had taken place earlier so it is the guy that I told you it's the guy with a blue CER he comes every night drunk as hell I call the cops for it but they came in like 30 minutes to an hour later when he was drunk he almost hit myone home one time and he was making donuts in the in the parking lot and he comes every single night drunk trying to buy beer all the time I I keep telling them I don't think they were buy like selling him I told them not to sell the beer but if but I just sent the pictures to him and yeah everything is just right there so it's him yeah that's the car okay do you have the full video on it yeah I mean I can I can't even record like start recording it and putting it in there I just have to watch this whole thing but it happened like around 340 something or two can I use your Wi-Fi temporarily for me but says that is so stupid I yes sir no not not on the initial um I helped him uh put him in the car but that was the limit of my exposure yep no I did nothing to take him into custody all right press it in there but um like I said that's does it show him coming in the store and taking it it shows it shows a lot yeah like I said I just um text my employee and I asked him if it was him he said yeah but I'm looking through the through the time and and it was the right time because then I see the cops coming up so I mean the beer is out there which is kind of stupid what he was doing cuz oh that's him yeah so he comes in the store so he got he left his door open got his shoes now he need to be out of the street for this guy reckless driving he he he does that at night like it's so he SP the whole night out is that the beer he's picking up and loading into the car I'm not sure exactly what he's doing because like I said I just found the video but um do we have him in the store I'm pretty sure yes I have to look through the other camera because that system is easy to look for but sucks you guys got to when he comes back here you guys got to trespass him from the store so he goes back in the store or is he yelling at the employee I don't know what's he doing with the trash can so he's leaving the door open okay so he sets the trash can in the door to keep the door open so it's showing him outside but it's not showing him no I have to like move it okay yeah cuz he came back out I was looking for the time but if that's him then I know the time now it's like you got I can tell you that's the guy we have in custody yeah oh no he acts so yeah he acts obnoxious my got enough for now um yeah yeah something's not right there no no no but he the way he talks he's scared people like I'm not going to lie yeah yeah people think that he's tough and he's really not he's really a lot of mou once you once you go hands on he he he it's over for him no but that that's how he gets money he probably intimidates people and they giving them money morning well you won't have to worry about him today that's for sure he's he's on the way to County no when I was here that was the only time that I ever worked for because I have nobody he was I told you I even you know let whatever he one of the phon the phone if he shows up uh again call us and say Hey listen I have a guy here we if you've got deputies in the area please send them we need this guy trespass he's a problem and then give them that case number the card I just gave you so they see that I mean they already know that gu trust me if I show them to whoever is working we will we will get it out you
