on March 4th 2023 at approximately 4 21 am FHP Trooper Lopez was on patrol when he noticed a vehicle that was swerving and unable to maintain its proper lane at various speeds indicating that the driver might be under the influence despite Trooper Lopez's attempts to pull the vehicle over it continued driving prompting him to initiate a Pursuit Southbound on interstate 95. meanwhile FHP Trooper Acosta was traveling north on I-95 near mile marker 154 when he received a call from Lake Worth communications center reporting a reckless driver Trooper Acosta observed the vehicle speeding southbound passing other vehicles without regard for the safety of others in response Troopa Acosta made a u-turn at the 156 mile marker exit County Road 512 to assist Trooper Lopez in the pursuit [Music] right there [Music] as they continued Westford on State Road 60.
