lot once emergency lights were activated
the vehicle began fleeing and a Pursuit

yeah Gregory was charged with operating
motor vehicle without owner's consent
second degree recklessly endangering
safety flee elude an officer and
resisting obstructing an officer Gregory
was found guilty of operating motor
vehicle without owner's consent and flee
elude an
officer he was sentenced to 3 years in
prison imposed and stayed imposed and
state this means that the court has
sentenced the defendant to a specific
term of incarceration but the defendant
is placed on probation instead the
defendant will only serve the sentence
if their probation is revoked for
violating the conditions of their
supervision Gregory claimed he was
picked up by two other subjects prior to
the pursuit and sat in the back because
he needed a place to sleep once they
parked he climbed into the driver's seat
but got scared seeing police and took
off because he did not want to go back
to jail this isn't my first day in the
job and you want me to believe that you
got into a vehicle and you had no clue
was in that car you just get in the car
with random people I mean I know I know
passenger but the driver I don't know
the passenger I know from school cuz I
was to school and he was like what you
doing raining stuff like that like so
