I knew what was going on I was just
trying

uh he hit that pole
yeah Gregory was charged with operating
motor vehicle without owner's consent
second degree recklessly endangering
safety flee elude an officer and
resisting obstructing an officer Gregory
was found guilty of operating motor
vehicle without owner's consent and flee
elude an
officer he was sentenced to 3 years in
prison imposed and stayed imposed and
state this means that the court has
sentenced the defendant to a specific
term of incarceration but the defendant
is placed on probation instead the
defendant will only serve the sentence
if their probation is revoked for
violating the conditions of their
supervision Gregory claimed he was
picked up by two other subjects prior to
the pursuit and sat in the back because
he needed a place to sleep once they
parked he climbed into the driver's seat
but got scared seeing police and took
off because he did not want to go back
to jail this isn't my first day in the
job and you want me to believe that you
got into a vehicle and you had no clue
was in that car you just get in the car
with random people I mean I know I know
passenger but the driver I don't know
the passenger I know from school cuz I
was to school and he was like what you
doing raining stuff like that like so
what's their name
I
can't I
mean look I'm going to figure out who
they are regardless the camera's going
to tell me and I'm going to find out who
they are I'm going to go get them
too okay you see us you decide to take
off I told you I was scared I mean I I
don't got nothing to lose I had to well
you got a lot to lose if you're just
sitting in the car and you don't take
off from us and we could potentially
clear you from being the one that took
it and we review footage and it shows
these other guys that were in the car
and you were in the back seat how do you
think you're going to really get in
trouble you you might you may catch a
charge for being a passenger okay
however is this better is this a better
alternative yeah you will I understand
what you coming from you know I'm you
got M at like that but um I'm not mad at
you I I I know you you you just I'm just
a regulation I'm really glad that you
didn't kill someone from fleeing from us
and it's raining out I know that's why
that's why or yourself no I'm I'm going
just keep it smack on purpose cuz I
don't know I don't I okay what are you
on the bracelet for what are you on the
bracelet
for
uh I went to jail for
with us right the Kia the Kia I was that
was another stol car that you were in
yeah and you're the driver in that one
