somebody was videotaping me and I said I do not give you permission to videotape me or my vehicle or anything like that because it should right you realize nobody needs your permission to vide right on May 4th 2023 officers were dispatched to a local AutoZone in reference to a domestic disturbance between two customers apparently the suspect was so tired that he decided to park in the handicap parking spot only problem he doesn't have a permit to do so this is what happens when you get caught on camera so what what what happened we came in to get some there was a car part right there get he came in and Par right here yeah my H as he's back I noticed he didn't have a handicap permit on his Dash yeah you know mine's hanging from my mirror as he goes back T well walk in here I told her I said well you said the handicap when no permits she said I can't tell I said H got tag on so you know that's his tag like was it such a big deal and then after that or whatever the guy pulled his phone out and I said I do not give you permission to videotape me okay I do not give you permission and then it went from there his old lady was like telling him that he needed to mind his own business and all this stuff so it wasn't even been that bad honestly honest to God it wasn't that bad so what happened when the phone being smacked out of the hand because he was videotaping and I said I do not give you permission to videotape it so you smack your phone out of the hand no I didn't okay no handicap no permit on that all right you can hear the video if you want to hear the video right quick yeah so so tell me what happened okay so when he backed out started off I just said I said you don't have a handicap permit mhm he stopped over to come back m what's it to you what it tell you start smiling so he said what you going to do about it I TR call the police I don't give a damn if you call the police it don't matter me if you call the police what you going do you need to do something about right now I said I'm ped to do something about when he started fussing with him I said sir look there's a lot of people who need handicaps that did you have a place to park don't worry about it somebody else comes in while you sitting there they ain't got a place to park M so I get the phone I I pull up video I start videoing the vehicle start he's Ming you can hear him Ming on here call I don't give a damn D call and then he slapped my phone across Park L I almost went under his car he walked over there and kicked it all the way to that white truck over there okay broke in the top corner you see the crack in the top Corner okay so so you're recording him yes and and it's recorded the whole time and then he slapped the phone out of your hand and then he kicked it yes okay all right and now just coming in bring uh back up yeah he said I seen the whole thing so is that is that pretty much what you saw yeah I just touch him I never put a hand on no hand now where did you go from here like you I walked over to get my phone no like so you were here he came up here I yeah I was I was right here s my bubs I get my could get my tool put brake light in and turn I noticed that when we went down the road I said turn out she got out and checked yeah that one so I thought by here to grab T yeah I was up here he come right there and I said as I was standing there I said no handicap permit he stopped down there just a p St behind yeah jumped out come back now well I was already The Call by that yeah okay who's smack your phone out of the time he did okay do you have your talking to me I was I understand it really wasn't that bad okay we're just we're just trying to figure out what's going on the thing is it escalated into something that shouldn't have escalated into I ready this your vehicle yeah okay so apparently they just pulled into a handicap parking spot so they can just run in and grab a they bought real quick and they backed out and then the guy was like you're parked in the handicap parking spot when they were over here at the time and they came out with the phone and started recording was like why are you doing this why are you doing that and he got mad and was like stop recording me man I don't give you permission to record you and was like getting in his face with this camera and he smacked it out of his face is what happened so seems like the other guy was pressing the issue and they were just cuz they were sitting over here when I pulled up to see the video right he has extensive his he comes all up in my face raising off cussing blah blah blah blah what you going to do I like I said he just he I said I call police I said I'll do something about it I don't give what I you call police call police you need to do something by yourself you ain't going to have ho blah blah blah so I reached in there to get my phone you natur got have my phone it was in my phone holder on the dash so I reached in there to get it well I thought turn on video instead of trying to snap pictures yeah so as I'm turning on video dud he you can hear him on the video Start mousing continuing the mouth and then he just reaches CU I'm standing here holding video that start turn video around told you my and he SL phone slap out my hand as I'm going over to retrieve my phone he reaches and Ki so where were you at when you trying to record him right there okay yeah you see it on video yeah yeah you you mind playing that no no no that's what I've done it for what's what's the tag that 6 gave you said oh I'm sure he is he just he just my hand I can go back just a little bit this is a French and he's a Frenchie he's got a Frenchie mix I like colors I don't have cookies I'm sorry if I had treats start barking no no it's okay they said it comes here all time in par we have no we have that issue here hear com yeah we got really bad issues with customers parking in the handicap spots and AutoZone's policy is not very good all we can do is tell them to move and that we can't really force them to do it and unfortunately it happens more than my ha you don't like me trying to figure out how to do it it's annoying I know yeah is this the iPhone or no backing up my car right there and you said he kicked your phone right and your phone was not damaged like this no okay that's saw yeah look like saw I think he just broke my phone I got his tag I know one got insurance tag that's what ask this guance on that's when I got out and called called cuz I I just had surgery so I couldn't really do a whole lot yep what's uh what do you want to do about your phone you want to do you want to press charges yes okay I need to go for I'll go for I don't care I have a damaged the property over here not cheap anymore oh no if you're in a public place they can videotape you or photograph yeah but at the same time that's why he got his phone sniped out of his hand because he was doing this right here all over the place and everything else and I was like Mr s you said your last name was spelled how do you spell your first name okay and your date of birth you said was okay he so we're not getting a return on him what happened to your car man uh alterator bracket boat came up so it's making it made the serpentine belt come off why is your Tower off is the uh you know the serpentine belt runs across everything oh okay so to even get to it I tried to put that one back on I don't I don't know much about cars man especially new cars like this I don't know anything about them like some cars have two certain team builts your certain team built runs your alternator your water pump the power steer so like the PowerHouse belt yeah when that jumps off the car is basically just running off the battery and it went hot the AC won't work won't nothing work so the belt jumped off and I got to put a new boat in the bracket and then put a new belt on there after that you ready to go [ __ ] it didn't mess up the water pump or anything like that no it don't mess up any of it it just pops off yeah I mean sometimes they a break but sometimes they wrong anything they're saying you have a gun on you you know anything about that they knocks it down hand with [Music] no I'll ride them all day just list they there for re I mean yes it's not I mean I told him it was it's not the thing about it it's like people can't get out and walk like they need it yes in [Music] the here and somebody pared in handicap that didn't have a t no that's not what's the other one there's another one it should be all that probably the end of rewind shows he's trying to get the tag in then yeah they were trying to say he had it up in their face you seen how far I mean I had it back here I was trying to video I told her she tried to say I didn't give them permission I said they don't need your permission you public that is misconception there apprach his car here privacy apprach he has multip once so thank I know him from I've arested him probably 10 times thank I recognize that name though that's probably the reason he didn't want this and didn't want all right so I say uh criminal tra how much is the phone I don't know it's a it's a Samsung Galaxy S10 probably $500 at least now yeah I think it's going to be a misdemeanor and then false name yeah yeah it's Mr you get one for about 200 bucks so and then false name false name and he's got a plethora of warrants damage screen if you wanted to you could issue them a citation handicap add insult especially after they say if he does it all the time I write them all day I mean I write like it said well he said call y'all if I see it like the time get here most time people are gone out of the hand actually here most of the time somebody sitting right across the street at that North Avenue Pig Wig what name he you guys day yeah that's what we do we were actually about to go find somebody with warrants we're going to walk in the woods over here so go take them out do what take them out take him out the jail yeah what did he say about the incident here he didn't really he didn't talk he didn't talkz the girl said that they were paring the handicap somebody confronted him and that this guy pulled out his phone and he did slap it out of his hand because SL he you aren't that quiet them that's what I said said the lady said she tried to stop him told him to push and get in I heard her telling him so her her statements on video I put her as a witness yeah you got another witness we don't need his St yeah yeah I mean we got he told me I will say I'll write us something he did tell me that he gave you a false name cuz he knew he had one all did you say you check your phone yet let me know yeah let me check my email to see if I got that video hey hey three are you uh you taking this yeah I'll take this um I'll I'll create the AR and go ahead and send it up there okay um so we got Mr meor Criminal Trespass damage the property yep and then false name false name yep okay yeah those are the only two I could think of right now all right I think he just broke my phone I got his tag I know one ain't got insurance I to call police and I to give his tag number sir I got it I got it did anybody tell him what he's charged with did you already tell him his charges no not yet I just thr the window down hey just want let you know you're being charged with you know what your warrant are for no would you like to know felony charge of possession of cocaine weapons events three bench warrant fling or attempt to elude obstruction uh vehicle without insurance possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute possession of firearm during Commission of a crime possession of firearm by first uh first offender probationer and then you got property criminal trash uh Criminal Trespass that's all your warrants you have That's not including the charges you CAU today the suspect was booked for damage to property simple battery and giving
