hurting me okay don't fight okay can you
goly dude dude all
right bring your knees to your chest
we're going stand up on three 1 two
three all right you want to grab that
stuff can you so I can walk
dude
[ __ ] dude loen loosen your grip on me
dude loosen your you know what if we're
going to do this I'm just going to sit
you in the car no dude okay like there's
no need to have me that
tidy T I got one to
okay okay so how's it right now you are
under arrest for resisting evading
obstructing sorry dude
you and then like I apologize you're too
tight I wouldn't let go nope when I say
stop and you don't stop you pull away
well you shed me out that's
resisting
so you are going to jail for that for
sure for what for resisting evading
obstru on me dude doesn't matter serious
I told you to stop you didn't want to
stop when you grab someone like that
what do you I told you to stop and you
didn't want to stop sit had that done to
me before what you
expect okay do you have an
ID what's your
name Adriana senses all right
so the reason
why we're here first off is
because we're investigating a possible
shoplifting
okay so now when I tell you to stop that
you're detained and you keep ripping
away from me I'm sorry then you're
resisting I'm sorry I'm freaking out
okay so whenever an officer tells you to
do something get hit I'm sorry well I
apologize for that but when I tell you
to stop and you're detained and you keep
resisting then you get charges
okay so we're going to go over some
stuff and then uh we'll see what's up
with that okay 210 on channel
tun 104 I didn't know if I was getting
through it's going to be last of Sanchez
first of
Adriana
you said last of Sanchez first of
Adriana my M name is Moni do you go by
Monique
no where are you from Rosell
yeah um do I am I I have to go to jail
you're going to jail for
sure hey is Channel 1
T8 oh okay is it 108
now
oh I'm sorry my bad um
yeah you got last of Sanchez first of
Adriana okay that's what she said her
name and date of birth is and she said
she's
from are you lying about your
identity okay I'm going to give you I'm
going to say one more time okay I got to
have something that identifies you if
not you could be charged with concealing
identity so unless you want another
charge I either you tell me you're
social or you tell me a real name
if that's not your real
name what is
itus Sur
SOS so um you know you're not supposed
to be here right cuz you should have
been told that you're not supposed to
come back I don't know if you ever wore
but they didn't B they never told you
they never B you like I know I got in
trouble here but they didn't tell me
like I was banned or nothing from you
okay how long are you saying this to me
then do you have any warrants or
anything I
all
[Applause]
right so
um what I'm going to do is I'm going to
have you sign
this and then I'm going to go put you in
the back of my car cuz I got
to because I got other stuff I got to do
in here you have a warrant I got you do
that's what it sounds like so stand up
can you tell me what it's for I'm not
sure yet yeah they're going to
confirm all right are you left or
right-handed right on the way out you
think um you could go in the restroom or
something I'm just uh
like like put like toilet
paper well we'll get that figured out
here in a little bit okay do do that so
this just means you can't come back to
Walmart you can't go to Sam's oh oh no
I'm sorry ma' it's going to be print
here and then sign right on there there
you
go and then swing on
that okay all
[Music]
right all right let's walk out to my
car sorry
man that one did you think put toilet
paper quick we get that figured out here
here in a little bit well it's just cuz
I don't want to sit and
play well I I'm I don't we don't have
any female officers that can go into a
female bathroom with you right
[Applause]
now do you have anything on
you that I need to know
about just my
makeup is this is this actually yours or
was this no no that's me for sure yours
yeah
anything else anything in your bra
nothing for sure okay I'm going to use
the back of my hand I'm going to go
around your waistband real quick and
then your pockets
okay you have a belt
on what is this right
here is it part of e
jeans up just a little a little bit
more
okay is that part of your pants too lift
your hands up a little
bit all
right go ahead and come over here to my
my wheel face the
car all right go and get in for
me there's no way you can take the
handcuffs off since I'm sitting here
what's that there's no way you can take
the handcuffs off
no or put them in front of me no if you
need to sit sideways you can um but I I
can't I can't take the cups off you okay
I I'm going to turn the AC on just a
little bit for you okay I just want to
say thank you and we appreciate
everything you guys do well thank you
ma'am I appreciate my heart breaks every
time I hear of you guys being
disrespected in a fallen it's it comes
part of the that part comes with the job
the other part yeah but nowadays it's
just way too much absolutely I agree
with that thank you so much
man uh
either I'm going that Ben right on the
other side of w cuz
um do holding Ben cuz um maybe has
someone coming
okay go take it right go through the
door and then the very
back I'll get you some water let me just
get you cuff to the bench and then I'll
get you
some keep
going keep going we're going to go all
the way
over Lift Your Hands Up
[Music]
go take
this all right turn Face
me come
[Applause]
here yeah let me shut this real
quick
[Music]
