on June 24th 2023 Panama City officers responded to a reported domestic battery incident upon arrival officers encountered the victim who presented with visible distress and El laceration on her left shoulder she reported that her sister initiated a physical altercation scratching her shoulder during a dispute regarding her living arrangements here are the events that occurred take she bit me got
