on June 19th 2024 at approximately 10:20 a.m. police officers were on patrol at a housing complex when they were informed that a man was carrying a syringe in his hand inside one of the buildings in the complex as they walked toward the location they later that wased out to us him where you coming from watch this car wash that car yeah where' you get that from over there there a little T on the under arrest in a search incident arrest located a metal push rod commonly used for CDs cocaine and an access card to Hoboken Housing Authority property which did not belong to him he was transported to Hoboken Police Headquarters and charged with theft of mislaid property and possession of drug paraphernalia he was transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility
