means is that she was arrested because she was arrested for driving while intoxicated um so she's getting tickets for driving well intoxicated Reckless and refusal because she didn't want to perform our breathalyzer test to indicate if she's um above the legal limit or if she's below the legal limit so she's can go to court and then she could settle it with the court from there she has your purse and your I'm going to give you your driver's license back these are just three summonses just for because she was driving well intoxicated so one of those just a ticket for driving while intoxicated one is for her refusing to give us breath samples to determine how intoxicated she was and then when you drive while intoxicated you also get a ticket for driving recklessly so I just gave her those three tickets each of them is Court mandatory um which means that she will have have to go to court on June 5th of 2024 at 400 p.m. M all the court information is going to be on the back of this ticket that's the phone number okay our courthouse is ocean Port which is at Fort Mammoth MH um so you can just give them a call if you can't make it by then they'll change the court date for her um
