on May 22nd 2024 at approximately 10:30 p.m. police officers responded to CVS on reports of a disorderly man inside the store when they arrived they saw the man identified as 38-year-old Eugene Ortiz of Manhattan shouting at an employee and pointing directly into his face an onene investigation revealed that Ortiz had shoplifted several packs of baby wipes and tried to leave the store here's what
