that's community service whether that's
taking classes maybe it's going to like
an AA
meeting
um you also your license is revoked
because of the first offense that first
time you got
arrested so you're not even supposed to
be driving um and the judge ordered an
arrest just for that so if you were were
caught driving at all whether drunk or
not you would have been arrested either
way CU you're not supposed to be driving
at all okay
um yeah just so like let's say you
weren't drinking right let's say you're
just driving
to like McDonald's or something and you
weren't drinking you weren't drunk
nothing you would and you got pulled
over you would still go to jail because
you're not supposed to be driving at all
because that's what the the judge
ordered for your first that first
offense
right this
time they're getting all these charges
so it's up to the judge he's going to
look at everything he's going to look
at why you got arrested the the charges
that you got and then basically the
summary and he's going to come up with
okay is this something that's a ongoing
issue like what what's what's the deal
right is it just a mistake or is
it you deliberately try to hide it or
whatever right so if it's something that
he
feels needs jail time probably going to
get jail time but it's all up to him
or whoever the judge
is um and then your PO he's just there
to make sure you
do basically just to keep you
accountable but he doesn't come up with
anything that's like consequences wise
if that makes sense it's all up to the
