went through self checkout and undering
Merchant ni there started watching her
um she picked this up I think this the
last thing she grabbed went up to self
checkout I'll got the video pulled up I

the bags the larger receipt is the stuff
that scanned set this down next to the
register and kept watching the S Check
host and waited until they weren't
paying attention and then put it in a
bag without scanning it and then she was
scan held this and another item and and
scanned the item with this and then put
this down in the bag okay and then paid
for that stuff and went out the grocery
door where we stopped from the sidewalk
and back in okay so Hannah because we're
in a office and I'm standing here in
front of the door I'm going to redo your
rights real quick before I talk to you

I was just being naive and stupid and I
um the I will say the it was an honest
mistake and I forgot I was in my hand
but the Jurgens I I stole and I I don't

and I this is my first police encounter

our holding facility without bail or
anything like that you'll just be
released on your own recognizance you'll
get paperwork I'll explain all of that
to you at the time that I issue it and
then you will wait for the prosecutor to
reach out to you about what happens next

no so a lot of times in cases like these
and again I can't make any guarantees
because I am not the prosecutor's office
office they will offer you what's called
a misdemeanor compromise which
means you don't have a significant
criminal history or history of
stealing and you are trespassed and
everything indicates you are not going
to do this again so you pay for the
stolen the costs of the stolen
items and they work things out however I
can't guarantee that but that would be
something when the prosecutor reaches
out to you to mention if it's something
you're interested in and that's called a
mror compromise yep they will know what
that means and it depends a lot on if
Walmart agrees to
it yes do you want anything from those
two bags to stay with you or do you want
your purse and both bags to go with your
roommate um my purse and both my bags
but I think my keys are loose in one of
them
do you want your carys to go with her or
stay with you I'll want them go with her
