what's going to happen I'm going to have
each you guys step out of the car
individually okay we're going to start
with you so you can go ahead and step
out of the listen you're going to step

sometimes you got to make some better
decisions that's all luckily again no
one got hurt okay that's good no one got
hurt not I'm grabbing The Vape okay
don't grab the Vape no don't grab the
Vape I know but I don't want you to grab
the Vape right now cuz you're me huh you
me soad well it's not good for you it's
not good for me but it's like okay I
don't anything okay can I come out yeah
come on out
all right goad and face that way can I
will face that way no no I just I'm just
going
to all right Walk This Way please let me
take the jacket off no Just Walk This
Way go and walk that
way and then over here to the
sidewalk and then up here to the
sidewalk up here to the front you want
to kill these lights yep all way up
here come on right up here all right
that's
good all right so you can just face
me okay go over just a little bit all
right there yep
perfect pretty
flat right nice sidewalk I would say
nothing going on would you
agree okay all right you have any issues
with your hips knees or
ankles at the moment no no have you had
a head injury recently
have you been like a car wreck phone
when unconscious any issues with your
eyes no no not great but no okay there's
nothing that's going to stop you from
standing walking bouncing on one
foot
okay is yes or no no not sure okay
perfect all right so what I want you to
do is go and put your heels and your
toes together just like this and then
put your hands down to your side like
you're a penguin all right and you stay
in this position all right is is your
can you do something with in your hair
is that going to keep bothering you can
you yes can you just take that hand and
hold your hair there can we just put my
head up and just tie it no no no just
keep that hand and keep your hair like
that that way it stays out of your face
all right and this hand can just stay
right down at your side yeah sound good
yes all right so what I want you to do
is just see the tip of my finger I'm
going to give you some contrast here I
have you've done it once before yeah all
right can you see the tip of the pen yes
all right so with your eyes and your
eyes only follow the pen
okay don't don't move your head just use
your eyes you see the tip of the
[Music]
pen trying so hard okay see the tip of
the pen your eyes and your eyes
only oh you can just
put your hand down your side keep your
feet like they are all right I want you
to stay in this position all right this
going to be your starting position do
not move from this position do I do so
okay so what's going to happen is I'm
going to tell you to lift the foot up
any foot that you want you're going to
lift it approximately 6 in off the
ground all right and then you look at
that foot and you're count out loud
1,001 10002 and you're going to keep
counting until I tell you to stop you
understand okay first no reason that but
yes I will do it I'm sorry yes you
understand the instructions sure all
right so I'm going to show you look like
okay I'm just super nervous I'm just
anxious do you want to like Shake Your
Arms out or something or no I'm just
nervous well unfortunately I can do what
you said count it count it okay so I'm
going to show you what what you're
supposed to do okay I heard what you
said I know but I just want to show you
no I think I know it okay well I'm going
to show you anyway I love live Perfect
all right so when I say begin you're
going to pick a foot up you're going to
hold it 6 Ines from the ground parallel
to the ground and you're going to count
out lot 1,1 1,2 1,00 three and you're
going to keep counting until you tell
you to stop I think nobody's good that
but okay I I just didn't I got full gear
on you you did two seconds yeah I'm also
wearing 30 lbs of gear hold on don't
start yet I didn't tell you to start put
your foot back I didn't tell you to
start yet are you ready hold on are you
I didn't tell you to start yet are you
ready I'm ready okay go ahead and begin
oh I got just keep
[Music]
going now going to put your foot down
all we got one more test okay that's
okay all right so I want you to imagine
there's a line that goes from your feet
all the way down Detroit no no just
stand right here in the middle of this
but this line imag line but this one
doesn't exist yeah but I like to I think
it's best to use the imaginary line okay
so why would I
I got dyslexia you want to do the test
I'm I'm not asking you to read anything
I'm not trying to be I know but I'm not
asking you to read anything okay I'm
just saying why would I imagine a line
when there's a line right here
okay okay I'm just here what we can do
we can do the test twice we can use
imagin imaginary line and then you can
do it again using your line okay we'll
pass whatever your line is whatever
perfect going from your feet all the way
down Detroit there's an imaginary line
like this I want you to put your right
foot on the line or your left on the
line this line no on the imaginary look
at it I want look at it I promise the
imaginary line okay the imaginary line
left foot on the
line left foot on the line that's that's
my left foot okay right foot in front of
left put your hands down your side like
you're a penguin and this is your
starting position no no no go back to
the starting
position all right left foot on the line
right foot in front of left hands on to
your side at my I know okay this is your
starting position do not move from this
position till you're told to start okay
won all right so what's going to happen
is I'm going to say begin and you're
going to take a series of nine Heel To
Toe steps down the line once you get to
the end your forward foot will stay in
place forward foot is this or my left
your forward foot the foot that's in the
front fo right then you're going to make
a series of small steps turning around
and then walk nine heel to 12 steps back
I'm sorry regular but I will be say this
all right hold on don't start
yet so I'm going to show you what I want
you to do so you understand I actually I
think I love my life cool all right so
it looks like this I'll say begin no you
don't have to I know one two three that
fourward foot's going to stay in place
you're going to do a series of small
steps and then you're going to walk nine
Heel To Toe steps back you understand I
don't think anybody can do that but I
will do it people do it all the time all
right so once you start don't stop make
sure you go he toe keep your hands down
to your side any
questions all right I didn't don't go
back I didn't you got to wait till I say
start remember that's part of the
instructions are you ready yes I am
ready all right get back to the starting
position this is my starting position
that no left foot on the line I was like
this this is right foot in front and
left all right go ahead and begin
[Music]
that
was all right so tonight you're going to
be under arrest for operating vehicle
Under the Influence all right of alcohol
and relax your hands watch put no put
your hands together like you're
praying are you so serious yes this is
the best way to do it's the most
comfortable Face Forward please that's
Face Forward please I
[Music]
stop
please no you did a a bad job a real bad
job
all right let's walk back here my car
please don't have to hold me I will I
will I'm not going to run away Miss can
we please just not make this so
difficult nice to
me you're not nice to the other motorist
come on I just want to get my keys away
they're not driving
I BRD you want to Searcher yes
step back up a little bit she can wait
over there she was trying to come up
here so do you have anything on you
that's going to poke me stab me hurt me
no but this is in my pocket and it's
been there for like a minute he going to
watch okay stop reaching around no
you're not going to do it
okay nothing in your bra nothing like
that no back
yeah we do have to check okay fine okay
did should go
can I get my take my Carine
[Applause]
why your stand for me why yep wider you
ever been arrested for Obi before never
no okay
all
right can I ask like one thing though
what my I don't know my girlfriend's
number that well can I just ask one time
for it um I mean we can we'll talk about
it okay it's like right there okay we'll
get it for you okay
much let's turn this light on for
him uh you're going to take that you're
going to get cited for the open
container of Bud Light me yeah why
because it's in the passenger door
you're sitting in the passenger
seat okay so I mean I I get it but
reason person want to believe that it's
yours whatever how how much is it like a
ticket it is a ticket to monor
misdemeanor do you know how much it is I
have no idea how much it
cost are you giving me like a paper
ticket or how do I pay it it's a paper
ticket you can show up the court or you
can pay the the ticket online I'll pay
her are you going to give me a paper
ticket right now yeah okay
yep I'll make sure she gets it okay
thank you um what does she do I wait for
her to call me so she will get a phone
call when she gets to the jail I'm
assuming it sounds like she's going to
call you when she gets there okay um and
then go from there do whatever okay you
have to like bail her out or like that's
what I'm asking what's the process so
she's going to be in there at least
overnight until morning until is like
one of our detectives can talk to her
well for the OBI no she should be able
to get her out she
tonight yeah no show
us
so no no no okay so yeah you should be
able to get ofday yeah cuz she just has
to go through the booking process right
okay and everything like that so okay
okay thank you
yep are you guys
uh you getting to ride home from her or
how's that
going okay is she able to take the car
yeah she's can take the
car so you're going to get you
canob Poli
station okay come back brid you want to
ride here for o container
yeah what is
it it was C to touch pass side holder
344 okay um passenger cup holder in the
door yeah yep yep I'm going to get out
here with her she's taking on she's
going to come get her what yeah she is
yeah I wrote her phone number on a piece
of paper and I put it in the bag okay
she hasn't sh all right all right thank
you all right so here's your ID
back do you work anywhere right now now
yes what do you work
at uh what do you do at uh I'm a social
worker why I just have to put it on
here they know I'm going to get a
misdemeanor that just goes on the ticket
yeah we're not going to call them and
say hey this happened but it just has to
go on the ticket okay we're not going to
call them right now and say hey this is
what's going on so you're getting a
citation like he told you for the open
container you can't have an open
container alcohol inside the vehicle the
only place you can have alcohol is in
the trunk in the vehicle
okay um there's a court date if you want
to go to it it's September 12th at 1:
p.m. okay otherwise you can just call
pay it and take care of it that way okay
just need your signature here and then
here saying it's not an admission of
guilt it's just saying you understand
you have a sitation you're going to take
care of it
do you have any questions for
me then you're going to take the C home
correct I'm either going to park it
somewhere thats it overnight or home
okay I need to drive into my
car you guys have a way to get home I'm
taking them you're going to take them
home I'm not just going to I just want
to make sure I just make sure you guys
all are Tak care
of all right you guys don't have any
questions or anything no no all right
you guys are free to go
okay all right so I have to read you
some hold stay in the car so I have to
read you some stuff okay that's fine all
right so I just want you to hold all
your questions until the end I will um
and if you have questions I'll do my
best to answer them if I can't answer
them I'll see if my partner can answer
if she can answer them we have
Lieutenant we have a sergeant and we can
we'll figure it out okay okay all right
so before we ask you any questions you
must understand your
rights you have the right to remain
silent anything you say can be used
against you in court you have the right
to talk to attorney for advice before we
ask you any questioning and have him or
him or her with you during questioning
if you cannot afford an attorney one
will be appointed for you before any
questioning if you wish and if you
decide to answer questions now without
an attorney present you will have the
right to stop answering at any time you
also have the right to stop answering
any time until you talk to an attorney
further you have the right to have an
attorney present during question do you
understand yes
[Music]
all right so the next one I it reads
kind of funny I'm going to read it as if
it's your own words okay uh so again if
you have questions wait to the end I got
you so I have read the statement of my
rights and understand what my rights are
I am willing to make a statement or and
or answer questions I do not want an
attorney at this time I understand and
know what I am doing no promises or
threats have been made to me and no
pressure or cohor of any kind has been
used against me are you want to answer
questions right now without my
attorney yeah you can say no it doesn't
matter no thank you okay
[Music]
okay all right
[Music]
a
[Music]
