tonight she's dealing with the OVI and
then the child endangering charge for
having the kid in the car okay um so her
court date is going to be this Thursday
so okay today's technically Wednesday so
on Thursday 8:45 a.m. in Masson
municipal court so it's right downtown

um so just make sure she shows up for
that that's going to be the biggest
thing um she was being cited with the
OVI she ended up blowing over twice the
legal limit um that's why there's two
sections here because she blew over
a171 which in the state of Ohio is
considered a super OVI um so that's why
there's two sections she's also being
cited with not having a driver's license
and then this P piece of paper here is
the child endangering charge okay for
having child in the car while um being
toxic the one child just the one child
Jamari so this other pink piece of paper
is just her results what she blew a171
okay okay um this yellow piece of paper
is all the information about her
driver's license even though she doesn't
have one it's automatically suspended um
so she can't be driving anymore
regardless she shouldn't have been but
yeah um she can't after this okay um
this is where the vehicle at in case um
I forget what the relation is Nissan
white Nissan it comes back to uh anniad
okay okay so the vehicle that Oscar's
Towing um it did get towed there okay so
like I said that's that's all her
paperwork um so Thursday at 8:45
Thursday at 8:45 it's right here at the
top it's also on this one I believe down
here bot January 25th 2024 8:45 a.m.
okay um all I need from you is your
signature here is just saying you're
going to take custody of her tonight um
make sure that she's safe okay
okay not responsible for her stuff or
anything just just make sure that she's
safe tonight okay for when you leave

so any questions about any of this stuff
uh no okay I'd rather make this phone
call to have somebody come pick her up
in a phone call saying that she hurt
somebody or hurt herself I've made those
phone calls before I don't like making

day of the week I smell that alcohol

this they're all misdemeanors I explain
that to her it's not the end of the
world she'll get through this should be
seen there it'll be for both cases for
both cases yep Thursday morning she'll
get both cases started and it'll be on
